Therapy
Our approach to coaching and therapy is tailored to
the needs of our clients. We generally use Neuro Linguistic
Programming (NLP) and other psychological disciplines
which provide a short term, goal oriented and practical
approach to solving problems and making changes, leaving
you with tools and skills which you can use to support
you long after our sessions have finished.

Coaching
People have coaching for many reasons, they might
want to find balance in their life, work through some
career choices, learn more about themselves and how
they can reach their full potential, work on health
and fitness goals or just find out how to get more
out of life.
In business, using external coaching is a great way
of facilitating the growth and development of your
key staff whilst focusing on business goals with a
talented coach who is neutral to the business.
The purpose of coaching is to facilitate your growth
and development by helping you find your own solutions
and what's right for you in your life. We use NLP,
other psychological models and profiling tools like
Insights to help you discover where you are, who you
are, who and where you want to be and how to get there.
We are located as follows:
- John – Dunblane, near Stirling for private
practice and Southern Scotland for business coaching
- Karen – Frome, near Bath Somerset for private
practice and the South West and London for business
coaching
We charge £70 per hour including VAT for private
clients. Quotes for business coaching are on request.
Coaching is also available as part of one of our training
programme packages.
