The Leadership & Management Puzzle

NLP Training This leading edge programme develops managers and leaders to be the best they can be in way that fits with their own personality and achieves the best for the organisation.

The programme includes a series of one day workshops which can be taken to suit business requirements. These workshops focus on the essentials of business leadership and management including communication, project management, delegation, working with groups, getting the best out of teams, business finance, personal effectiveness, managing stress and setting and getting goals.

The programme also includes two one to one coaching sessions with each delegate with a qualified Coach to support them in setting their own goals and work confidentially with applying the course material in their work. As part of the programme delegates can benefit from using Insights® profiling to inform and support their development.

When taken as a full leadership and management development programme it is designed to be delivered 2 days a month to allow for integration between modules. This programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and includes a Diploma in Neuro Linguistic Programming certified by the International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA)

Who is it for?

The programme is for organisations who want their managers and leaders to take the next significant step in their development. The integrated nature of the programme enables participants to build on from their own current level of skill and awareness. The programme can be flexed easily to accommodate groups of managers and leader at their specific stage of development, for example newly promoted managers through to more experienced senior managers and leaders.
